Gregory Jasiurkowski
Gregory Jasiurkowski is the owner and qualifying contractor for CMX Service LLC. He is a State Certified General Contractor and State Certified Plumbing Contractor with experience in residential remodeling, plumbing, project supervision, permitting, and construction management. Gregory is an alumnus of Florida International University (FIU), where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management, and he completed his undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University (FAU). He also worked for Raytheon Missile Systems as a Senior Engineer Planner, bringing engineering planning, organization, and project coordination experience to every remodeling project. His background combines formal construction education, engineering planning, code knowledge, and hands-on field experience.

Piotr Rusek brings over 30 years of construction experience to CMX Service LLC. He is a Master Electrician, project manager, second-generation contractor, and experienced field supervisor. Piotr has been involved in numerous large-scale projects and is known for finding practical solutions to construction problems where others cannot.
